The shoe features durable 3-piece High Density rubber outsole pods that mirror the human foot and a textured insole for increased grip and enhanced ground feel. The Dot and Dimple outsole pattern helps provide traction in wet or dry environments. Additionally, the 360 reflection provides safety in low light conditions, allowing you to train indoors or outdoors with ease.

The Phase is made with a welded overlay construction and Airmesh upper material, providing the right amount of hug and breathability needed when running or training. The burrito style wrap tongue ensures the shoe won't come loose, while the injection molded midsole-outsole combination creates a durable and responsive running shoe.

The Phase is designed to connect the runner to their proprioceptive instincts using Human Sole geometry, allowing you to go sock-free and even insole-free thanks to the stitch-free liner and seam-free footbed. This purposeful design provides a "barefoot" feel while still offering protection from the real world.

When it comes to sizing, your Skora shoes should fit like traditional athletic shoes from the heel to the ball of the foot, but your toes should feel free, unrestricted, and able to move freely (this is a good thing). It is recommended to size up 1/2 size from your usual running shoe size.
