The removable sockliner (insole) provides a "more barefoot" feeling if desired. The wider-than-average toe box allows the forefoot to spread naturally. Sizing Guide:

Step 1: Place a paper on the ground against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and draw a line where your longest toe ends. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat with your other foot to determine the length of your feet.

Step 2: Add an additional 0.7 - 1.2 cm (0.28 - 0.5 inches) to the total length of your foot to allow for enough toe wiggle room. Compare these measurements with the insole length and choose the ideal size. If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to select the larger size.

Step 3: Insoles can be used to assist with creating the perfect fit. If the shoes feel a little tight, removing the insole can help create more space for the feet. Removing the insole from the shoe that feels too small when trying it on can also make a difference if you're in between sizes.
